Orochimaru and his summons, Hydra Mode, and Kusanagi would be good enough to beat Danzo, but it would be tricky to deal with Susanoo, but he can survive long enough for Sasuke to not have any chakra left.

I'll presume this is 1 armed Raikage since you didn't say he had both arms. Even though Raikage will now know not to hit Sasuke unless he wants to lose an arm, he only has 1 arm left to sacrifice to Sasuke's blaze release.

So Raikage is going to have to avoid hitting Sasuke when he see's blaze release or wait to hit him if Orochimaru could distract Sasuke. And Orochimaru will have trouble with MS Sasuke’s genjutsu.

This is why I’m betting on Sasuke’s side winning as Danzo can hide in Susanoo when he needs to. Raikage will have trouble with blaze release as he will have to avoid attacking in some situations.

And Danzo has Shisui’s eye which hasn’t been restricted in this thread.
