true,but he cant ignore it either can he?if he hits it,it wold divide,before long,he would have a dozen dogs attacking him,he is gonna have to get rid of the dog,especially as pain likes summoning the dog frequeantly

Raikage needs full knowledge, to pose a threat, if he tries to take a path out he was simply gets grabbed by bansho tennnin just like Naruto was when he fought Nagato, he then gets defeated fairly easily at that point.

Raikage doesn't have full knowledge. Just like when Naruto in km fought Nagato, he was simply grabbed by bansho tennnin the same can happen to raikage and he gets finished fairly easily.

In vs fights like this usually the intel is full.

What it comes down to is Chibaku Tensei.

He really has no counter to that.

But he is fast enough to end it quickly.

I believe the Raikage could take down all paths except for Deva. Ay would put up a good fight but Chibaku Tensei is too much. Shinra tensei won't be too much of a hassle for Ay because he can beat the 5 second interval or even outrun its range.

Well, the real problem is that to take out the others, he needs to take out Deva Path. Tendo is the basis for all of his combination attacks. I don't see A taking this.
