As the easily recognizable figure of her opponent steps out in front of her Guren can't help but smile at the strength of opponent she is faced with. With an expectant grin across her face she steadies her feet on the hard ground under her ready to move should she need to. Steadied perfectly on her spot she stares her opponent in the eyes and speaks with purpose.

Minato eyes the opponent facing her, drawing two S/T kunai he flips them in to a reversed grip, he speaks to the woman from across the field.
Iwagakure ninja...I was under the impression you had flee on sight orders in place for myself, good to see some of you still have a battle spirit burning within you, come let us test your mettle!
Minato then lets out a battle yell charging towards his foe both kunai held tightly upon reaching short range he raises the kunai in his right hand vertically spinning his body as he kicks off the ground peforming a whirlwind attack becoming a blur of steel the kunai in his right hand leads the attack followed quickly with the left attempting to barrage his foes upper body whilst he spins, though this is a mere feint and he awaits his opponents eventual counter attack to make his true move.

Guren stands ready as her opponent begins to rush at her, bringing her right arm up in front of her she prepares for a close combat encounter watching her opponent as he runs at her she plants her feet firmly and as he flicks off into the air she takes her opening and makes her move. With no hesitation Guren uses her already bent leading leg to push her body back slightly away from Minato therefore buying her enough time to release a surge of lightning from her body and forms a protective coat of electricity round her body, with Minato in the air already he would travel straight into the armor and suffer quite a severe electric shock as well as paralysis and other side effects.

Without wanting to give away her secrets to her opponent to early Guren decides to steer clear of using any Crystal techniques this early in the battle, even with her opponent on the ground she knew he had not received his reputation around the ninja world for nothing and she believed that it would definitely not be this easy. With this in her mind Guren creates a lid the shape of a boar above where her opponent lays motionless and numb on the ground.

His opponent is lifted from her feet and sent flying backwards through the air helplessly.

As Guren watches her opponent spinning through the air she notices the sudden speed change of her opponent, with this being physically impossible wothout a chakra adjustment she knows that wind chakra has been applied, with this knowledge she covers her body with her arms in case he looks to piece her with the kunai. Instead, she feels herself being lifted into the air and at this moment knows she must defend, her most reliable defence is then applied as she coats her body in solid crystal, the crystal armor then takes the brunt of the hit and protects her from any real damage as well as taking the mark for her (this is unknown to Guren.), with the mark applied to the crystal and not to her body itself the armor shatters from the impact and destroys the FTG mark in the process.

With no wasted though Guren knows she must get on the offence and throws an explosive tagged kunai toward her opponent, when the kunai reaches half way between the two of them it is intercepted by a blade of wind which detonates the tag and causes an explosion between the two cutting Guren from Minato's view.

Minato utters these words as his opponent throws the kunai towards him, with his amazing reflexes he plans the entire scenario in his head the world around him seems to slow to a crawl as the thoughts are processed at lightning speed. One kunai paper tagged, likely explosive or smoke, opponent unaware of the kunai behind them, wind technique aimed for kunai, no matter if explosive or smoke it will mask my movements just need to wait for the perfect moment....Now!
The split second your wind technique hits the tagged kunai, the explosion echoes thick smoke begins to form, Minato vanishes appearing at the kunai now located behind you as you have turned around 90 degrees in your previous move to face my new location (I moved behind you and attacked your back knocking you backwards after the wind technique sending you to your original location almost, meaning the kunai is around 3-4 foot behind you)
Minato then taking advantage of this moves with complete silence at lightning speeds gaining your back as you move to locate me past the smoke, a kunai is suddenly pressed against your throat leaving you absolutely no way of reacting any longer.
You fought bravely, it would be senseless to kill you, take my advice and run....survive, and one day if you ever still feel beat up about this, you come back and show me what you have got.
