Why didn't Orochimaru just take Sasuke's body when Sasuke was weaker?

Oro realy wanted sasukes body so he could get back at itachi and with all of oro expiriment his whole plan is all in mystery but i bet he wanted sasuke to better develop his eyees just like he has done now sasuke has susanoo and amateratsu oro probly knew that sasuke could develop they eyes way better then he could since it is his body and oro plus oro would have to do everything one he got sasuke as his body and wouldnt probably have time to develop his eyes being that he might have to get a new body agagin

Regarding Oro was running out of time, he had 2 switch body before Sasuke got captured...
So he had too, If u remember Oro was welcoming Sasuke with his new body!

The whole; sasuke being better able to develop the eyes thing sounds right, but I thought sasukes body was compatible with the curse mark, meaning oro wouldn't have to switch bodies again? (Unless i'm mistaken) Therefore oro could have just developed the eyes on his own. (only thing that contradicts that is that I don't know what emotional trauma it would take to get mangekyo , as he seems to be a sociopath) Then he could just try killing itachi for EMS.

I think oro first tested Sasuke's abilities and if he passed, oro trained him to become stronger in order for him to get his body

Oro is a mysterious guy bro , we have 2 admit it..

when kabuto talked to oro he mentioned something like the right time, and also warned oro that if he didn't change body in time he will not be able to change it until the right time comes again, so maybe the time wasn't right for the change of body and by the time it came sasuke had already outgrew oro...

Its because Orochimaru can only use the body transfer ritual once every 3 years. Remember when the sound 4 intially went and got sasuke they were in a hurry to get him to Oro before time ran out? Well, time ran out and he ended up using a different body. He then couldn't do another transfer for 3 years, so he was stuck babysitting sasuke until then.
