I just checked episode 114 of shippuden and that is the same scene as 91 of the original...

But Orochimaru still doesn't have the Jonin outfit.. Another different flashback maybe?

i dont remember a flashback with oro in a jonin outfit, but i think he is just in a jonin outfit in episode 50... or 51, the one were kabuto almost kills sasuke and uses the dead soul jutsu to escape kakashi.
