Does Neji's death foreshadow for Sasuke's death?

Neji sacrifices himself for Naruto and when asked why he responds "Because I was called a genius" or anything around those lines depending on what source you read for manga.

Could this be foreshadowing for Sasuke's death as he too was called a genius? Neji and Sasuke both acknowledged Naruto as a loser at some point and he pushed on. Neji sacrifices himself to prove you can change fate which is even more foreshadowing pertaining to the "Curse of Hatred" Sasuke embodies. Tobi states that it's a curse passed down from generation to generation but what if Sasuke escapes this curse like Neji escaped his destiny and sacrifices himself for Naruto? :shrug:

Que the flashback of neji and naruto of Neji saying Naruto cant win and was born a loser than naruto became stronger and said he was strong and was going to win and become hokage because people called him a loser

P.S Sasuke wont die For Naruto if anything i think Naruto will be in trouble and Sasuke will come and help and the enemy will ask him why and he will say... "Because Naruto's My Friend" lol i think this

No...the biggest thing about the Naruto-Neji fight was thst it was the failure vs the genius...the whole time Neji called Hinata and Naruto failures. Then, Naruto said that despite being a failure he'd never back down. And ehrn he beat Neji he said that he didn't understand why Neji was stuck in destiny because unlike him he wasn't a failure.

I more saw it like foreshadowing Gaara's death since he was another person whose whole life got drastically changed by Naruto through a fight. Well, as a Gaara fan, I hope not but it could be.

In all his missions, Neji showed his cool mind and his will to complete the mission no matter what. If it means death, he'd do it, no problem. He mainly died to complete the mission and make the others win the war. That's just him I think. A true shinobi.
