Tsunade is bs right now tbh.... Sure she's got her monsterous strength and all but let's all be honest, she's not Hokage level with her medical skills either. Hashirama Senju had x10 better medical ninjutsu, look it up. When she was chosen, I would've picked Lakasho over her. She would be serving ramen with Teuchi if she didnt have her medical skills.

Actually Hashirama didnt necessarily have Better Medical Ninjutsu Than Her. When Madara said that Her medical Ninjutsu Pailed in Comparison With Her grandfather, He only saw her Use Mystical Palm.
