Interesting match. Without sound genjutsu, Oro would really be hard to defeat because of his incredible resilience, but SM Jiraya is cleary above all of them in terms of ninjutsu versatility, speed, taijutsu, sensing ability and other variants. He is also greatly resilient as well(able to survive even when falling from a mountain). It's possible that frog katas could deal with Orochimaru in one move, but i'm not really sure about it. If Pa and Ma and allowed they, they can still use the frog song to paralyse Orochimaru, and Pa proceeds to incapacitate him with his piercing suiton jutsu. If it's needed, Jiraya would capture a non animated Orochimaru into toad prison.
The fight between Tsunade and Danzo would also be an interesting match to see. Danzo without KA doesn't have enough powerful moves that could effectively deal with Tsunade. Even if he surprises her with Izanagi, she may surprise him with Byakuyou(not sure if he has knowledge on it). He may decide then to summon Baaku, who will really be difficult to handle for Tsunade because of his absorption ability(it was even able to contain Susanoo). Since Tsunade doesn't really rely on ninjutsu, it will be difficult for her, and tbh i don't really see how she would be able to dodge the suction. Maybe if she summons Katsuyu and hide behind and find her path thru. But Danzo still has his sealing technique that could paralyse Tsunade. By combining it with Izanagi, he could then behead her after with a fuuton technique.
So ultimately i will give it to Jiraya and Danzo
