Juubi possibly not evil? and is human?

This is a theory i just thought top of my head. It is that the juubi is being controlled by a very powerful jutsu which may be introduced later on in the series which limits it's emotions and completely makes it turn evil. Do you think there is room for one more major villain in the series who will operate it? and no Madara and Obito just seem too weak to control the Juubi when it reaches it's true form so this of course gives room for the supposed villain to come in. In my opinion Juubi is actually not a demon but actually a powerful human who may have had strong connections with Rikudou Sennin in the past. In the end it will possibly collaborate with the protagonists to beat the major villain. I have seen few other major animes which is quite similar to this but this is just my opinion. So feel free to offer your views on it.

The Jūbi isn't genuinely evil, but its gathering of Shizen enerugī may entail information to why it rampages.​
