Ok so this is what I keep seeing. With Neji's death Lee gets pissed and tries to go and do something, but is about to be smashed by a tail when Gai shoes up in 8 gates mode...Lee gets teary eyed and Gai says he won't let anyone else from his team die or something....he will also mention how he is protecting something precious to him
