If were talking about everyone at their strongest then oro has edo tensei which lets him use hashirama and tobirama senju. so he can fight pain as his immortality would help. jiraya and tsunade would be more than enough to destroy kisame and deidara

so asuming oro can use edo and nagato is healthy like in the war then:

no intel team sanin high diff
intel team sanin mid diff

the deciding factor here is is edo tensei jutsu hashirama will be sent to fight nagato and tobirama will proceed to kill kisame as tobirama is an edo kisame will run out of steam and be killed. hashirama was the strongest hokage and will be difficult for nagato to handle especially with tsunade backing him up that only leaves jiraya and deidara and all jiraya has to do is to ask hashirama to make wood clones to cover him as he gets into sage mode and uses ma and pa to use the sound genjutsu at this point the battle is over as soon as the sound genjutsu is used BUT if pain is using the six paths then team sanin will win extreme diff (if theres no intel)

so team sanin> team akatsuki

although this is assuming edo is allowed if its not then team nagato will win high diff probably and if he's using the six paths and theres no intel team nagato mid diff remember this is assuming edo isnt allowed if its allowed then team sanin wins

I've never seen a more unfair match up. Apart from the fact that Nagato solos, Deidara is a terrible match for a close range fighter like Tsunade and i honestly consider Kisame to be Orochimaru's superior. He negates Orochimaru's natural ability to heal from any and all damage by using Samehada to achieve the same effect, effectively ruining the advantage he uses against opponents.

In vs threads all characters are at their strongest point in the series unless stated otherwise, and if he meant Pain then he would have said Pain.

Orochimaru can't keep on reviving forever, that takes up a lot of chakra and Deidara has C4 which will definitely kill him.

That just means more chakra for Kisame. One swipe of his sword is enough to take up to 6-Tails worth of Bijuu chakra..if Tsunade tries to go head to head with him, that sword will take all her chakra eventually.

Nagato takes on Jiraiya easily, and he takes his soul with Human Path..then he goes to help Kisame finish her off using Human Path to take her soul also.
