It's Kagemane, the Shadow Manipulation, it is our special ability tech, so you must learn it well...

first thing first, i have several rule to teach shadow which you must follow it with no excuse.

1. i won't teach it easily, meaning you won't get a single tech with just only one post.

2. Describe... you will gonna need it in battle, so describe how the jutsu work with details... remember details.

3. this is very important, you must follow every single of my instruction and you may add some improvement on how you describe the jutsu.

4. after the training ends, you must fight me in battle field and try to trap me with the jutsu i gave you.. (you could try the best though) xd

Tell me everything you know about our Clan, the Nara
Tell me all you know about our special ability, the shadow... strength, weakness and who is the famous character of our clan

The Nara clan is known for intelligence, shadow manipulation technique, and looks over the Nara clan forest which holds deer who's antlers are made for the Akimichi clan's Three Colored Pills. The Nara forest is also the place where Hidan is buried. The Nara clan is also skilled in medicine hinted in a anime filler where Nara members made medicine for the injured and also the Akimichi Three Colored Pills remedy. The Nara clan also have a sensory ability with their shadow as well.
The Nara clan's special ability is Shadow Manipulation other known as Kageton. The strength of this release is that you can capture, subdue, halt, and control anyone captured in the shadow of a Nara. This is a deadly, helpful, and quite useful technique because you can easily subdue your target and control them for capture, control and kill your target for murder or assassination or battle, stop a moving target or teammate, etc. The weakness of the shadow release ability is that it only works with a light source, a place that cast a shadow, and that it has a time limit/ is very easy to get rid of a shadow. A famous Naruto character of the Nara clan is the leader of the Nara, Shikaku Nara. Another well known, and probably better known than Shikaku is his son Shikamaru Nara.

Now lets get your knowledge into practice

I want you to begin to channel your chakra into your feet and once you feel you have enough chakra gathered, channel the chakra into the shadow and make it move a bit forward.

*I close my eye's and begin to channel and mold my chakra to my feet. As I do so I concentrate on my chakra control and manipulation while I slowly release it into my shadow. Focusing more and more I channel my chakra into my shadow. As I do so I use my manipulation to more my chakra and shadow forward. Slowly at first and barely it moves a few inches outward. Comfortable with the pace I move it more and move outward.*

Good, I see your chakra have merge with your shadow, but you haven't managed to fully possess of your shadow.
Now i want you to gain more concentrate toward your shadow, image that you have fully access of your shadow and push your self to manipulate your shadow to move forward.

*Listening to Senpais words I concentrate more on my shadow and chakra manipulation. Mixing the two together my chakra in twins with my shadow. Imagining in my head of the Nara clan technique and how it looks and moves I focus on my shadow again. I manipulate my chakra and my shadow and make it move like last time but I imagine on how it's suppose to look and that I have full access of my shadow, to control it to my whim, to use it how I see fit. I move my shadow outwards again. With my chakra mixing with my shadow and using manipulation I move my shadow out and forward. Concentrating harder I make it move faster and faster outwards.*

hum... good... it move even though a bit move forward, but it's a fine progress, you have managed to control and possess your own shadow. Now into the next lesson.
-create a clone-
I want you to move your shadow toward my clones shadow there -point at the clone- (in front of you in short range). Try to infuse with his shadow.

*I close my eye's once again to concentrate and focus on my chakra and shadow. Mixing the two like before with chakra manipulation and control I get a good amount of chakra in my shadow. Again imagining in my head of the Nara clan technique and how it looks and moves I focus on my shadow again. I move my shadow out and forward. Concentrating harder I make it move faster and outwards towards your clone like before. Once my shadow begins to move I focus on the distance of your clone and move my shadow to match that distance in between us. Moving my shadow in a steady pace it reaches out and stretches out towards your clone connecting his shadow with mine.*

Your shadow movement fading on it's way, it not reached my clone shadow.
That's Okay, no worries, now i want you to perform the Rat hand seal (Remember that most of shadow jutsu using this hand seal).
then manipulate your shadow to move toward my shadow clone in zig zag motion, infuse with it, possess my clone's shadow, trap him till he unable to move.

*I take in a deep breath and channel and mold my chakra to my feet while preforming the Rat hand seal. I then release my chakra to my shadow and then mix my shadow and chakra together. Mixing the two together and making it even while still preforming the Rat hand seal I begin to move my shadow. Like the other times I move my shadow slowly at first, then greater and greater speed as I get comfortable with the movement. Now that I am preforming the Rat hand seal and using chakra manipulation and control I find it easier to move my shadow as before it took a large amount of concentration. As I move my shadow out from under me in a long but thinish line I move it towards Senpais clone. As I make my shadow move I zig zag my shadow as instructed from left to right and right to left. Closer and closer my shadow gets to Senpais clone and connects with his shadow. Once connected I spread my shadow thats connected out to take the shape and form of his shadow and place it there perfectly still. As my shadow is perfectly still its making the clone stay perfectly still as well trapping him in place.*

Alright lets just tested it out, see if it worked as it is expected to.
if you done it correctly, you will move and karin will mimic your movements exactly as if she was a mirror image of you. try something crazy movement.

*As my shadow is connected to Karin I begin to slowly raise my hands into the air. As I do Karin is forced to do the same. Although trying to resist as a natural response I focus on my connection to our shadows making it strong as I begin to step forward making Karin doing the same. After a few more movements of my hands and walking around Karin is forced to do the same because of my shadow connected to hers making her do them.*

Alright, that's good, Karin is mimicking your movement but your shadow possession are fading along the way.
I want you to inject more chakra while moving, and try to do something crazy move, a complicated move which Karin shall mimic your movement if you perform it correctly.

Do it again one more time.

*I concentrate more chakra into my shadow flowing it through Karin's shadow still allowing me to take control of her movements. As I slowly walk shadow connected to shadow and flowing chakra through them I start to speed up. Flowing a steady flow of chakra through our shadows I speed up more to a jog making Karin follow my exact movements. As I get comfortable with our speed and my chakra flow with our shadows I then do a cart-wheel to back flip move in the air. Karin also follows my exact movements making her do a cart-wheel to back flip also. While still channeling my chakra through our shadows to maintain a link of connection we land on the ground at the same exact time. As we land I await Senpai's next instruction.*
