Personality: Fairly intelligent when he puts his mind to it but can sometimes act before he has time to think things through. Generally kind to most people and would do everything possible to protect those close to him. Has a strong belief in what is right and wrong often disagreeing with his villages decisions.

Background Info.
History: Kira was born in Konoha before being orphaned at an early age under mysterious circumstances. He was "adopted" and trained slightly in basic ninjutsu by an aging shinobi in the Country of Rain until he was 15. As his master died Kira began to search for the answers to his past and by age 17 found himself in Konoha once again. (I'm going to work on this more eventually just trying to get started up.)
