Okay i just wanted to know what kind of level this jutsu's on so could you guys please compare this to other justsu of relatively equal power

Vacuum palm to me a full strength 1 would b on level of rasengan or chidori lighting blade (for hiashi)

It can't penetrate things like Susanno gaara's sand A lighting amor (tho if it is what I think it is like some type of wind then maybe)

didn't it block the JUUBI'S hand? how can that be classed as not strong? and i asked you to post about jutsu of equal power not weather or not you thought it was strong (which it obviously was)

Vacuum Palm does blunt damage it seems. And since it doesn't seem to use shape transformation (it's more a blast of pure chakra), it doesn't have the cutting power of Rasengan or Chidori for example.
But concussive damage-wise, a full power Vac Palm is probably one of the strongest in the category.

The reason why it was so powerfull is because he used his both hands.

We've seen Neji using the move fighting his clone outside the Akatsuki base. It's able to destroy rocks from a distance by using some airpressure mixed with chakra by punching. Also Hinata and Neji used it alot against white Zetsu in the war. but always one handed

He uses his both hands so it's twice as strong

I'd say it's close to normal rassengan level (destructionwise)

so basically a regular rasengan or chidori would have been able to block the juubi's hand? if hiashi went with his strongest vacuum palm and naruto with a regular rasengan who do you think would win? or hiashi's strongest vacuum palm against chidori? the answer is obviously hiashi's juubi-hand-blocking vacuum palm

If they (chidori or ransgan)went against jubbi hand it most likely go through it seeing as its piercing attack-_-

i was not neji and hiashi only hiashi and look at that power chidori couldn't do something like this

the attack that neji and hiashi did together was rotation not vacuum palm
