That is actually an extremely complicated physics question which is burdened with forces such as the Earths natural spin and shape. Naturally, it is impossible to jump through the Earth because the core is made of molten lava. However assuming that the Earth was cool/hollow...

Basically the kind of hole you're talking about would have to be dug between the north and south poles so that whatever is going in the hole doesn't actually crash into a wall xd

9.8m/s is the Earths gravitational force, assuming that you didn't have a maximum velocity, you would leave out of the other side of the planet at the exact same distance as you jumped into the first hole with reference to the Earth's core.
