Honestly I believe he could beat either one in a 1-on-1 format but against both? Onoki's Jinton should decimate Sasuke's Susano'o and it's possible that he could give the Third Raikage a bit of a speed boost as well. There's Amaterasu but then again you gave them full knowledge and Onoki is known for his stone defenses.

I gave raikage, ohnoki specifically for the speed boost. Ohnoki would get destroyed if he tried jintou because Sasuke could amaterasu him. Full intel and better speed gives him that. And a stone defense would be futile against Sasuke amaterasu which burns anything into nothingness

I think Sasuke solos each individually with mid-high difficulty. Together they should win with mid-high difficulty with a strong possibility of one of them dying in the process. Normally Onoki loses due to not having the speed to dodge amaterasu or susanoo arrows but with the 3rd Raikage's help who could distract Sasuke, it wouldn't be too hard to prep a jinton since Sasuke can't ignore the 3rd Raikage, a high kage level ninja just to go after Onoki. He could put enton flames to guard against the 3rd while Sasuke attacks Onoki. You gave Sasuke full intel so he does have a chance at victory here albeit very high difficulty since Sasuke is smart enough to realize that Onoki is the greater threat.

Not sure if the 3rd Raikage can penetrate Sasuke's full form susanoo although I don't think he can and his arm will get stuck while it burns. The 3rd Raikage would lose his arms if he were to go up against Sasuke. He also can't dodge amaterasu but Sasuke will have to pay full attention to the 3rd Raikage in order to use amaterasu on him which would give Onoki enough time to prepare his jinton and then it is all over for Sasuke.

Onoki's rock clones could help in creating diversions too so it would thereby increase their chance at victory.

Onoki solos. His Golem could solidely handle Sasuke's Susanoo(much more bigger) and protect him against arrows and everything Sasuke could throw at him besides raiton techniques(since raiton > doton). We have seen it can even catch an opponent from underground, so another reason why Sasuke protected with his Susanoo won't have a great impact in this battle. He could even use rock clones to subtituate himself. And while flying above Sasuke's range, he fodderises him with Jinton. For me, Onoki is on a level above Sasuke

The amaterasu can't hit the Raikage.
While Sasuke tries to deal with the 3rd Onoki One-shots him. Sasuke can't dodge the jinton.

the 4th Raikage was able to dodge the amaterasu. And we all know that his father was stronger than him.

Yes the 3rd is stronger, manga never said he was faster. A advance his his raiton shroud to level 2, we only seen level one from his father. Sasuke was able to track A v1 just fine, so 3rd won't escape Sasuke eye sight so Amaterasu would be all on him.
