I know Neji does not have as close a relationship with Guy as Lee and Lee and Neji used to be rivals but will team Guy try to avenge Neji. I know if Lee died Guy would probably immediately go 8 gates to avenge Lee's death and because he wouldn't want to continue living without Lee but how mad will Guy and the rest of his team get and what can they do about Neji's death. Heck maybe Tenten will even do something and get screen time to avenge her teammate's death.

I don't think it's a case of them not wanting to do anything, they have to think smart and use there strengths wisely. You have to remember that Shinobi must hide their fellings, keep clam and evaluate the situation, and this situation is not a time to let their anger get the best of them.
