Honestly, I think you're reaching a bit, there. That said, there are plenty of other parallels between Kushina and Hinata.
The two both share the goal and desire to be recognized (which they also share with Naruto) as competent. While their expression of it is different (Hinata focuses her frustrations inwards while Kushina outwards) - both are similar in terms of character challenges and development. If you want to parallel Naruto and Minato - both are credited as having 'saved' the respective female character. It was Minato's kindness and good nature that made Kushina feel welcome and fulfilled in the village, much in the way that Naruto's character is said to have kept Hinata from straying down hostile paths.
The two are very similar in terms of their core values. While Hinata may not have Kushina's temper - I think the distinction is a surface-deep one.
It really is, however, up to interpretation.
Much like horoscopes. You can read a lot into a very small set of data that favors your position. We can do this because there are common things that all humans share; experiences we will all be able to relate to. So trying to say: "Kushina is more like Hinata" or "Kushina is more like Sakura" or "No, clearly, Shizune is Kushina's twin" is rather futile. There will be parallels that can be drawn between any two characters. With the limited canon information we have to make inferences in regards to a character's personality, it's going to be difficult to really say which character is more like the other.
