I predict that Naruto will talk his way out of Obito and Madara, reminding Obito about being a good boy before and how he should move on with his life after Rin's death, Madara will be told by Naruto how precious this world is no matter what darkness and misery befalls into it. Obito and Madara will have a change of heart, Madara will unsummon Juubi and separate the Ten Tails back into the other tailed beasts, he will then unsummon himself seeing that he has no purpose anymore in this world and says goodbye to Naruto thanking him for changing his views about the world and that the Will of Fire is truly stronger than the Curse of Hatred, Obito and Kakashi will make up and Obito will return to Konoha as an ally once again. He will use the Rinnegan he has to revive all those slain in the war, making him lose that eye permanently, in which Kakashi will say that "we still have each others eyes, your eye is my eye and my eye is yours"

They really don't stand a chance against Juubi+Tobi+Madara, and even if they defeat the first two Edo Madara is immortal and cannot be killed, the only way for Naruto to win is to talk his way out of what they're doing.
