It had nothing to do with MS or EMS or senju DNA, there is no connection between senju DNA and the kuybi. Only that mokuton can supress it, just like standard seals can suppress it. Not control it, only sharingan can do that. But it's as to be expected from you...

Senju DNA boosts the users abilities, like how obito can use his MS while only having 3 tomoe active

Why didnt sasuke control the kyuubi when he was fighting naruto at oro's hideout??? Naruto wasnt a perfect host at the time so what your excuse now???

Seriously? How could Sasuke control the kuybi inside of Naruto? He couldn't. You'd have to pull it out, but that could only be done when the seal is weakened. As Obito did...

Senju DNA has nothing to do with his MS abilities with a 3 tomoe. The best explanation for why we saw a 3 tomoe, is so Kishi could hide that it was Kakashis eye. Had he shown an identical MS, it had been no surprise.

Kishi can also easily explain this, since we never saw Obitos eye while he was performing MS jutsu, which means he could justify it, by saying it was in order to hide his identity for Kakashi (or others who might have seen Kakashis MS). So he simply deactivated it after using jutsu each time. Now I am pretty sure Kishi will never give this explanation nor any other, but it's obviously something he did to hide his identity, and not due to senju DNA.

We saw his eye when he fought konan...BOTH eues were 3 tomoe

We just saw obito use MS for the first time after his mask got broken (when he did the fire jutsu and kamui combination)
