I agree, there are still a lot of question marks and him drastically changing into a villain is still not believable. I think it would be a crazy plot twist if Kishi makes it that Obito was under a genjutsu this whole time to make him evil. Like when he defeated all the soldiers that night, there was a full moon. It would be crazy if Madara actually already did the Moon's Eye plan but used it on Obito. That would be a huge plot twist and would also make his change in character more believable.
