If kishi does not want to be a hypocritical, pnj spammer, then the answer is no. Please read first, im going to make this short.

Naruto ended a cycle of hate in the name of nagato, but he narrowly escaped, reason been nagato killed himself, if this particular action had not happened, naruto would have had to kill nagato, if that dint happen, then konoha nins would have done the killing. At the end of the day, all that would lead to another cycle, cause those who believe in pain, even some who as much as hear pain's story would have not cared, all they would want is revenge.
Now naruto escaped a small cycle like nagato's hate, how would he escape obito's? You might say this war has brought all the ninja's together, no need to worry, well thats wrong, cause good or bad, powerful men always end up been mentors, if in the near or far future, some one eventually hears obito's story, and unfortunately that someone is powerful, but going through an emotional distress, he would curse naruto and pick up where tobi left. So a cycle started, can only be ended, by taking all elements in it, out, meaning, the only true way for shinobi peace is simply, no more shinobi, so there, naruto's logic alone cannot end hate.

Pain was naive and confused, as far as shinobi's go, he's plan was more full prove, and madara's too,

PS- SORRY, the thread was long, and i know its just a manga, but hey, some of this relates to real life.

Between villages and ninjas maybe, but not specific individuals and civilians

No..if you notice, we are kind of steering away from that...Kishi is moving away from it because he can't find an answer to an impossible task.

No.

There is no way he can end hate and bring peace.

I'd say in a more general state (turning Tobito and Sasuke, killing Madara and getting of the Juubi), but there is literally no way he can stop every single ninja from hating each other.

Your entire thread is based on previous events that already happened not happening.
When naruto got there he made his decision not to act out in revenge and so did nagato by making his last act a sacrifice for naruto and the village.Your thread is moot.

It won't he an endless cycle of hatred. With the villages united then the only people left who'd ever bear hatred won't be the grudge between two villages, but instead against individuals....basically the only ones left that exhibit the concept of hatred would be terrorists like Deidara....it wouldn't be a cycle of constantly hating certain groups of people, but individuals themselves.

Yes he can. All he has to do is prove it to who ever he is fighting. The solution is simple, beat your opponent till he can't take it, then just when they think you are going to terminate them, let them go. He would have gained the satisfaction of beating them up for what ever they would have done and then he would forgive them by not killing them just like he did with kakuza and pain.
If he could do that to madara, madara would learn that the second time was no charm and he would let go.
