At the moment naruto is above sasuke. Ill break it down for you...
Taijutsu: naruto=sasuke, this is because naruto while in kcm was able to match itachi in taijutsu and kcm doesntt change a persons fighting style
Speed: naruto is above sasuke in speed which gives him the advantage, and because of this sasuke wont be able to tag naruto with amaturatsu and even if he did which he most likely wont, naruto can repel it via chakra roar as seen when nagato repelled it with a shinra tensei
Strength: naruto is physically stronger than sasuke which means naruto's hits will do more damage than sasukes physical attacks.
Durability: I would give this to naruto because if you think about it, naruto while in kyuubi mode was tanking raikages punches which I believe to be as stronge as a car hitting someone to his body where as susanoo tanked it for sasuke and in biju mode, naruto should be as durable as kurama who tanked 2 rasenshuriken and a altra big ball rasengan barrage and being slammed on his back by sm naruto not to mention the cloack it self tanked acid by saiken which can burn its surrounding and lava by roshi.
All in all, naruto has the avantage over sasuke but because of sharingan precog naruto wont be able to blitz sasuke which sorta evens the speed thing out, and because of susanoo, sasuke has more protection from naruto that will inable him to stallk the fight but in my personal opinion it can tank a rasen shuriken and super mini bijuu bomb rasengan before breaking but as shown with madara, you can put it back up after its been shattered and also genjutsu from sasuke wont work because is not as skilled in genjutsu as madara, obito, and itachi.
With that being said, sasuke aslo has a advantage over naruto in that naruto wont try to kill sasuke but if naruto decides to go all out sasuke needs another power up to actually beat a serious naruto which I believe he will get one but like I said ATM sasuke would lose to naruto
