Mainly the possibility of the Sage's Sons have inherited more parts of the Juubi other than the eyes.. What other treats may have come from the Sage? The Uchiha received the Sharingan, it's quite obvious that the Senju had the life/Mokuton from the Juubi's body. What else is there to be passed on?

Recently its been revealed the Juubi is composed of natural energy, now when i think of natural energy i jump to the idea of Sage Mode. Senju/Uzumaki possessing the body of the sage seem like they have the natural capability to control natural energy like the Juubi so that could be another trait inherited from the Juubi.

You're good at linking different things together. The Six paths could refer to six different doctrines of combats or distinctly different traits. Doijutsu being the 1st, Life Force being the 2nd, Natural Energy/Sage mode being the 3rd. Perhaps Kabuto and Orochimaru also knew of these secrets and attempted to bring all of the Six paths into one body.

Notice how Kabuto took an Uzuamki's life force, Juugo's Sennin chakra, Suigetsu's hydrification and Kimmimaro's body.

Suigetsu could be linked to transformation, much like the Juubi is undergoing a metamorphosis into different states.

Kimmimaro's body has been brought up on several occasions and is thought to be the ultimate body, which in my opinion should classify as one of the Six paths.

I really liked this theory well thought out u did alot of research and u made excellent points, this would explain other clansn and i agree with how the uzamaki could easily been originated from the sage look at naruto's hair then minato's all same style and there resemblance is really close. This is one of the best theorys i have read in a while.

I think the switched sons idea is a little bizarre honestly and the 6 in one is not entirely accurate either in my opinion.

Sage is made up of

Rinnegan(eyes)- wood release(body)- Sacred tools- Senjutsu-Juubi- and immense chakra

he gaves his eyes to one son, body to the other. Scattered his sacred tools, sealed the juubi, passed on senjutsu to his summons (frogs, slugs, snakes) and the immense chakra he split between his sons.

I believe the Uzumaki are the secret lovechildren of the senju and Uchiha. So naturally they got the full immense chakra

I find it interesting what you said that the clans represent the paths and the uchiha and senju are only two of the six. But if this is true surely they would e of been introduced by now.plus if they were real they probably were really strong,but as a clan of the sage of six paths they should have atleast one famous ninja that has strength comparable to hashi and madara.over good theory + rep
