and thats because sasuke's susanoo isnt strong enough as compared to madara's, and tsunade can break them of course, her strength is monstrous and can level playing fields but i dont need to explain this to you, and as i said, tsunade is not known as the world's strongest kunoichi for nothing.and in crystal prison katsuyu would matter as she is highly resistant to damage like the corrosive chakra of the ninetails, the chibaku and shinra tensei etc.

So you are trying to say that Crystals can Kill katsuyu when she can divide herself into thousands of other slugs, whose blood supply isnt connected?? if katsuyu can withstand being torn to shreds and the corrosive chakra of the ninetails (which devours anything in its path) and not to mention planetary destruction (chibaku tensei) and shinra tensei, then she can survive a couple of crystals. Guren cannot do anything to katsuyu that can harm her, as she is a healing slug with amazing mitotic abilities. GUREN CANNOT KILL THE WORLD'S STRONGEST KUNOICHI

Personally, if the Sanbi's extraction translated into a canon event with Deidara capturing it, Guren herself could be considered a canon character. actually she can reverse summon, or tsunade can reverse summon her and she can summon back. Katsuyu's acid is strong enough to melt her crystals because of its corrosive nature, there are numerous ways for tsunade to defeat guren. and as kishi stated, tsunade is the world's most powerful kunoichi, so that means that guren isnt going to defeat her

it should be weak against it, but Kakashi's chirdori had little to no effect on it.
