We're never going to see Final Form Juubi, Madara and Tobi would have to extract Kurama from Naruto, and that would mean that the main character would die. Unless Kishi does an ass-pull and makes up some kinjutsu that can bring extracted Jinchuriki's back to life.

Gedou Mazo was just a name to the lifeless statue that was the juubis body. So when Obito brought it to life it became Juubis 1st form. >_>'
Madara called it Gedou Mazo (Empty shell of 10 tails, so yes even though it looks a lot different it still is Juubi.)

Wouldn't it be logical to assume that gedo mazo is the final form of the juubi. Everyone basically said that it is the empty shell of the juubi. The 2nd form looks like it, it just has a fu**ed up face, hands as tails, and it's anorexic.
