Would Madara not be so OP if he wasn't Edo?

If he was brought back with Nagato's revival jutsu and not Edo Tensei, would he be as powerful as we see him now in the manga? I'm pretty sure he can still hurl meteors at the enemies, but I'm not sure he can actually survive the 5 kages attacks without the regeneration powers Edo Tensei gives him, thoughts?

Yeah I agree, we see how many times in his battle with the 5 kage that he was either injured or dismembered by their attacks only to regenerate afterwards coz of being Edo.

Madara seems to be so cocky of his power, and yet it was Kabuto's doing that made him so OP, injecting the body with Hashirama's DNA and making him Edo Tensei. Without those two he would not have unlimited chakra or super fast regeneration.

Not directly, but it was said he died during the war, if he died battling someone prominent then I'm sure Konoha's history would have mentioned it, but it didn't.

He gave credit were it was due and that was towards hashirama. Not to a snake kabuto who is still stuck in a loop madara found the secret to the rinnegan on his own. With the help of hashirama again gives credit were it is due.
