Gaara low-mid diff. LOL at people saying kirin will form in a dessert,there is no moisture for a thundercloud to form and lightening to be shot down,also if sasuke miraculously does kirin,gaara blocked an entire village from a village busting nuke at the beginning of shippuden,he could protect himself from a thunderbolt now,if sasuke gets on a hawk,then sand hail easily downs it,sasuke is walking on sand whether in susanoo or not,so gaara can still attack him,gaara can easily spam those gigantic sand arms he made against deidara and use it to smash sasuke,if sasuke covers his susanoo with enton,then gaara uses his enton-covered sand to hit sasuke. He could easily use his sand to attack sasuke from below instantly,he did it to 3 kages at once and not in a dessert.

Arrows that barely pierced through a rock pillar arent gonna do anything to sand that blocked an attack stronger than steel when gaara was 13,not to mention the amount of sand gaara can use to smack the arrows aside.

i agree it can go either way outside of a dessert,and gaara makes a dessert out of anywhere,but being in an actual dessert allows gaara to instantly use large volumes of sand the second the battle starts for attack and offence,not to mention the sand all round the opponent as opposed to a neutral environment which gaara can still do the thinghs mentioned above but to a lesser extent until(until some time where gaara fully turns the place to a sand box,which is basically 1-2 minutesxd when he was 13)

Sasuke wins this mid-difference. I can't believe there are so many of these threads.

- Sasuke can summon a hawk to avoid ground altogether. And can use his sussano as well. Recent chapters have shown that Sussano can be used to house another person as well.

- Chidori can be use to break through Gaara's defense.

- Amatersu is extremely effective to render his dense sand useless.

- Arrows would also prove to be highly effective.

After getting Sussano Sasuke stated that his defense was even stronger than Garra's. Not just that but I don't know how Garra would deal with Genjitsu or Amaterasu, let alone have the sand catch Sasuke. Scratch that, I could see Garra catching Sasuke with sand, but just not being able to kill him with Sussano there protecting him.

Naruto and Sasuke can solo any kage at this point.

1) sand hail takes down that featless hawk,and his susanoo wont be used if he stays up there,even if he can use it,that means the susanoo,coupled with sasuke would weigh down the hawk,making it a easy target. I'd like to see sasuke take this

2) chidori requires him to comme close to gaara to do that,gaara wold just up a sand tsunami in his face if he tries that,or just tric him with a sand clone

3) gaara's sand has already proves the flames of amaterasu to be useless.

yea,people keep using tha fact sasuke claimed his defence was greater at the kage summit,but apparently ignore what naruto said about gaara's defence at the more current war arc,gaara blocked c3 at the beginning of shippuden,current sasuke's susanoo can't hope to match that. Gaara blocked a full susanoo strile when he wasnt looking,and 5 simultaneous strikes smashing against that little wall of sand that protected hin only blew him back,and he had no scratches on him,can sasuke's susanoo match that?.
If gaara was able to go against 5 sharingans at once without getting caught,he can go against one,and he has already delat with the flames of ama,plus his sand armour renders it useess.

Susanoo has a hole underneath,what woudl sasuke do if gaara did this from underneath him

Glad you agtee gaara catches sasuke with his sand, his susanoo dosent take as much as it did beore,but it still zaps his lifeforce and some chakra,he can't hold it up forever,and without it,he wont survive the fight.

I dont think sasuke can solo onoki,naruto no doubt can beat any of them

no probs,but if sasuke stays on a hawk with his susanoo,the hawk wont be able to fly around as good as normal and it has no feats. Can it survive being trapped in this
