I dislike EDO form of Madara being on lists. Since thats pretty much op.

My list:

Hashirama - Madara said he's the only one that could beat him
Madara - not edo, but has Rinnegan.
Nagato/Pein - Rinnegan, obvious
Obito/Tobi - pretty obvious
Naruto - getting op w/ bijuu mode
Jiraiya - with intel wouldve beat pein imo
Itachi - Totska sword, yata mirror, hes broken.
Kabuto - w/o prep, he's not that great. Couldnt hit DSM w/o oro senju dna
Minato - ftg, and tactical genius
Sasuke - havent seen much from EMS so i put him last

With honorables to:
Sasori
Kakashi
Gai
Mu
Onoki
Tsunade
3rd Raikage

Uhm. Danzo and Shisui need to be the strongest. KA is seriously underestimated. In 1v1's, these characters are practically unbeatable.

As much as i like Sakura,she only uses chakra to enhance her strength so she doesn't count.

Tsunade already has physical strength of monstrous proportions in base form, using chakra just increases it.
