why do some people say that when it happens we will awaken some sort of conciousness or/remember whatever etc and what does it mean like what are we supposed to remember and what sort of conciousness will we awaken.

This thing again? Its all just a theory but yes planetary alignments are often connected with unlocking some sort of power.

As to the details you are looking for, I can't really say. Its not likely we will 'remember' anything at all, but perhaps some sort of 'enlightenment' is remotely possible, but certainly not in everyone. Truthfully, any theory in regard to this subject is completely far-fetched and not really something to bother to think about.
