Possible extent of hashirama`s full power and potential
I am reposting this one because i feel like it went by unnoticed the last time i posted it because of a misleading title.i just wanted to have an interesting discussion about hashi`s powers but it didnt work out.i hope it goes well this time
In this thread i will try to present the full extent of hashirama`s power and in some way hope to clarify what advantage in terms of strength hashirama had over madara in their fight at the Valley of the end
Note that this thread will contain a lot of speculations and assumptions on my behalf and will therefore hold no TRUE PROOF of his actual abilities,but i hope that my logical reasoning behind his unfathomable and mysterious powers can somehow be accepted as none of us possesses true knowledge of Hashirama and his fairy tale background.
0.Possessing several tailed beasts
The reason i put this up first is because i believe hashirama possessed some kind of power that let him absorb the chakra of the tailed beast that he controlled(if he really did fight along with his tailed beasts)he could have absorbed it through some wood spores like zetsu did or something.if that truly is the case,then all of hashirama`s techniques that i will be presenting from here on were on an other scale,you could even call it GODLIKE.his nature manipulation jutsus and mokuton jutsus`capacities would increase dramatically.this could be a major factor if we wonder about how he beat madara and his perfect susanoo.Hashirama may have even fought with his tailed beasts at his side,absorbing their chakra when needed,making himself stronger+using tailed beasts`tailed beast bombs and other DBZ level attacks the beasts are capable of.
1.Mastery of earth release
All of us know that hashirama mastered both water release and earth release for these two are needed to perform wood release kekkei genkai.Here are some powerful earth releases hashirama MAY have known and used
It is known that hashirama had huge chakra reserves,so it wouldnt be foolish to presume that he could take this technique onto a whole other level conjuring a massive mountain that could even stop the tailed beast bomb
Once again hashirama`s large chakra pool could enable him to even use this technique on a much larger scale,POSSIBLY being able to even stop or squash madara`s Perfect Susanoo
2.Mastery of water release
It`s possible that hashirama was able to use water release on the same if not a lot bigger scale than his brother,Senju Tobirama and kisame hoshigaki
Again,Hashirama could use this technique on an equal scale and completely change the look of the landscape or battlefield
3.Mokuton or wood release
Now it`s time for Hashirama`s most powerful arsenal.I will try to include all techniques we have seen so far and apply them on a larger scale that of Hashirama.
-Four pillar house technique/Serial pillar houses technique
Hashirama may have even created the whole village of konoha with this technique and by that i mean the houses and settlements where people could live.Hashirama could use this technique to take a nap and chill while fighting the opponent at the same time xd
-Great forest technique+Smothering binding technique
Hashirama would again use this on a higher scale and could even sprout gigantic trees from his arms to wrap them around madara`s susanoo and maybe even crush it.even this not so impressive technique could totally change the entire landscape if hashirama used it.
-Wood locking wall
Hashirama used this powerful defense to defend himself against the tailed beast bomb of kurama.Enough said.
-Wood clone
Madara has made 25 of wood clones and i cant see why Hashirama couldnt do it as well.Based on my assumption on Hashirama absorbing and therefore possessing massive bijuu-like quantities of chakra he can maybe even do a lot more wood clones which can fight on the same(presumably)level as naruto`s clones.Hell,he could maybe even create thousand,thus overwhelming the opponent entirely(just like zetsu army)
-Wood weapons
He was able to transform his wood into various weapons,from shurikens,spears and i dont know what else....possibilities are countless.He was maybe even able to create a massive giant warrior made of wood and being as large and strong as a Perfect Susanoo itself.
-Wood dragon
Yes,this bad boy restrained the kyuubi and it can restrain anything and absorb it`s chakra+using that chakra to cover the whole area in trees and devour the opponent.Wood dragon could also direct the absorbed chakra to hashirama and hashirama would gain an even greater amount of raw power and endurance.This dragon is clearly OP by itself,imagine this dragon being as big as madara`s Perfect Susanoo.
-Tree world
With this Hashirama can change the battlefield and landscape completely,uses the destructive force of raging trees to break everything in his path.He could maybe create a forest 10 kilometres around and possibly even more.Then he could create dozens,hundreds of wood clones which would fight based on guerrila tactics(they would strike using wood weapons and then escape or transform into trees quickly)this would totally overwhelm the opponent.Hashirama could even compress the forest together with its powerful roots to break and squash everything that is inside the forest.
-Flower tree world
The same goes for flower tree world which could also devour the entire landscape and on top of that it contains a pollen which can put you to sleep when inhaling it.Hashirama could produce this forest in an instant and put an entire army to sleep and then squash it.This is so OP i wont even discuss it anymore.But imagine,if Hashirama can create even flowers then potentially there isnt any limit to his wood release....I mean for all we know he could have been able to create all PLANTS in existence.He could create cactus world,carnivore plants world,possibilities are once again countless....it`s this variation of Hashirama`s jutsus that definitely determines him as one of the strongest of all times.
-Piercing branch
He could use this to impale Perfect Susanoo and roast it over a giant fire xd...No seriously...you saw what obito did to those mist shinobi...now imagine that power multiplying several times when Hashirama uses it.
-Four pillar prison
Have Hashi use this and he`ll be imprisoning Perfect susanoo for sure
-Stocks
Once again,perfect for restraining susanoo if given proper magnitude which Hashi CAN do.
-Tree bind flourishing burial
This could be used in combination with Tree world.once surrounded by trees Hashi would make the trees engulf and kind of swallow the opponent just like those ents in lord of the rings movies.Hashirama conjuring ents...Now that would be crazyxd,but not impossible..as we have seen what he can do with trees,give them life..so why not make them to be able to fight and act on their own just like ents?

Another jutsu great for defense and enveloping the landscape
Mayfly
Zetsu can use this technique,so we can assume Hashirama was also able to do it,but again more efficiently....Hashirama may have been able to travel through roots,trees,earth and travel very far in an instant,which would be a great technique for him to escape from certain jutsus like jinton or to become the entire land like black zetsu and scout and observe the opponent covered in the safety of his tree world technique..that`s how he would be able to dodge and get away quickly+scout the entire area of his created jungle and lay guerrila attacks on his opponent with his powerful attacks
Telepathy
Zetsu could communicate trough trees,spores,roots...maybe through all of that.Hashi could use this while covered in his tree world jutsu.he could create wood clones,communicate with them,observe the opponent,come up with a perfect battle strategy and attack him from ambush with his powerful techniques.
-Spores or hoshi no jutsu
Now i believe i have come to the most important and strongest power in Hashi`s arsenal.It may seem a little too far fetched for you guys but this actually could be the case.Hashi COULD absorb opponent`s chakra through spores or through giant parasite trees(if he were to conjure parasite trees world) which could devour an enemy`s chakra in an instant therefore beating him with only that(because of enemy`s exhaustion)+he could use that same absorbed chakra to implement it into one of his clones to perform a purely perfect transformation jutsu that of zetsus only on a higher level.So basically hashirama could produce and create an equal opponent he is fighting against and beat him with only that(the same jutsu zetsu used with kisame but hashi`s would be perfect....the result would be perfect replica of an opponent)I know this sounds way too much OP but it could be possible seeing as zetsu can do it,so hashi which possessed a lot more skill and chakra could do it way better
Other abilities
-Super human strength and speed
It` possible that hashirama possessed super speed and super strength like tsunade especially if he had a lot of tailed beasts`chakra.
-Byakogou
It was said he could heal himself without seals so i guess this is it....maybe even faster than tsunade and for a longer period of time because of his large chakra pool
-Scroll of forbiden jutsus(Sealing jutsus??)
Yes,i am talking about that scroll naruto stole....it seems hashirama knew kage bunshin and a lot of other jutsus we dont know of and possibly a lot of sealing jutsus seeing as he was in good relations with uzumaki clan
-Excellent chakra control
-Bringer of darkness
This high level genjutsu that creates darkness all around and blocks the opponent`s vision is very deadly combined with all the jutsus i mentioned above...it`s OP on the triple...one moment you are just standing there,the next moment you see a freaking jungle all around and the next moment you dont see anything anymore...death follows in seconds...
Kenjutsu
He was also very good with shinobi`s weapons and sword fighting and so on
No requirement for food or water??
Zetsu`s clones didnt need food or water,so Hashirama could potentially just connect himself with the earth,gain water from it and a solar energy would provide him with energy+his life force and longevity would provide a long life without the requirement of anything whatsover.It seems as if Hashi defeats life itself xd
