It's funny because when a Senju has an Uchiha's eyes they can use it better than them. So I'd be a Senju, kill an Uchiha and have there eyes implanted in myself.

EDIT: Hypothetically speaking I'd be a Senju with the almighty wood release, and have an Uchiha's eyes.

Uchiha as most Senju are nothing special. Even if you say I will have to go through the whole process of unlocking the Sharingan, what are the chances of having Mokuton unless I stole some of Hashirama's DNA.

OT: Senju, their chakra mastery and durability is what makes them so powerful. Why do you think they're the best at various things?

Hashirama - Pretty much everything, but especially Moukuton.
Tobirama - Best Suiton user and created Edo Tensei.
Tsunade - Best Med Nin, Incredible Taijutsu prowess and has one of the best summons.

All the Uchiha do is steal and claim they're more powerful because of what they have stolen.

Its actually about 9.9999/10 times unless it is Hashirama, Tobirama or Tsunade. I don't see the hype over the senju as there are about only 3 strong ninjas while the Uchiha have more than half a dozen.
