The first point of Tsunade shouting at A doesn't prove anything -__- I can easily shout at something/someone that is faster than me without even trying.

Despite the fact that Tsunade acted first; this does not necessarily imply that her reaction speed is greater than A's. A didn't act, and therefore, we can assume that he didn't want to, due to the fear of being damaged, and Tsunade simply acted before everybody else, (because she knew she could tank it due to her Byakugō) not reacted before everybody else...

A's reaction time in v1 Raiton no Yoroi was said to be on par with Minato. In v2 Raiton no Yoroi he is the person with the best reflexes in the series.

In the first example you gave all she did is yell stop. Anyone can yell at some body while they already know they're getting ready to charge someone.

In the second they attacked at the exact same time, and hit at the same time.

In the third she jumped in front of everyone because she was the only person that could block Madara's attack, due to her accelerated healing.

Reaction time, is a mixture of speed, and the reflexes to tell yourself "hey something's about to happen I need to move quickly, and not freeze up." In the first picture she didn't even move she froze up, and only said stop. In the last everyone probably stood there while she jumped in front of them because, they knew about her healing powers so they let her block for them.

Yeah, Tsunade was winning it, due to her having more strength. However, A won due to him loosening the grip on their hands and him beating her by speed.
