Unfortunetly Mei is weaker then Sasori, Gaara and 4th Kazekage. But she can help with her lava to heat up the sand and make it useless. ( Lava Sand = Glass, or rock)
tsunade should be above sasori,but that depends if her rebirth can save her from poison
you sure abt tsunade being able to beat 4th kazekage?,not saying she isnt strong enougj,but he fights exactly like gaara doses,he can no doubt fly,he dosent ned any prep time to make a gold dusy wave which not only matched but overpowered gaara's sand tsunami,gold dust is 7 times stronger than sand,so his gold attacks wil be much more fatal than gaatra's sand,he was able to control enogh gold dust to complety envelop the shukaku,a massive tailed beast which could control sand,while in the suna dessert,his speed and skill woth the gold dust was enough to meet with gaara's chakra infused sand. He is a bad matchup for tsunade.
Fourth kazekage could take on deidara IMO,since he can most likely fly and can control large amounts of gold dust.
Sasori>deidara,deidara already claimed that sasori was his superior.

The heat of amaterasu cudnt tirn gaara's sand to glass,so i dont think mei's larva will.
I dont see much hope against a gold dust wave sand hail,attacking from the front,and above at the same time
