EDIT: A non-canon bio needs permission from the original owner before it can me made.

1. She really doesn't use any elemental jutsu. She is almost like Lee. She is limited in other areas but she mainly uses summoning techniques which summon weapons and things. It's just like Ragnoroc said (Raggy was formerly known a RP Mod).
