Minato is a genius, so he would have come up with something on his level. His speed, intellect, sealing techniques would be dangerous even for the Madara, Obito and Juubi

None of this would have happened. Uchiha's would have been a larger part of the village. I would make the assumption that because he knows that Obito was a good hearted person that he would have a different opinion on the Uchihas that's if he had a viewed them in a bad way.

I believe the issue would have been resolved, meaning that there wouldn't been a war...
I do believe he would make a difference as i believe Minato would make a huge difference in defeating the Akatuski and taking down Tobi.

I think it'd reduce the difficulty of the task at hand - with his skills and Shikaku thinking on how to take down the Juubi (not that Minato isn't a good tactician also), i think It'd be over by now or the conclusion from now would be simpler, his space time jutsu with Kakashi's would be too much to handle I think. Consider Minato's taijustu versus Madara and his S/T against Obito. Kakashi could be charging a chidori in the other realm waiting for the phase in and out from Obito. Not saying it's for sure, bit it'd be far easier for the alliance.

For example, Minato could've sealed the Juubi or at least cause a lot of damage to Madara/Obito before the Juubu regenerated some power and broke out of the cement.

minato's can easily use contract seal on obito which will separate the jubbi from obitos control.
