People assumed she got hit, but this is not true. She didnt got hit at all, she dodged it xd.
It is a new form of taijutsu, where you make it look like you got hit, but in reality you dodged, allowing you trick your opponent .
Like Tsunade says, medics need to avoid getting hit, they need to survive and always be at least the last standing member so that they can heal their teammates.
