What is ration using? Also, best Nature type?

Some lightning users are said to be ration users. What does that mean?

Also, with this, Is lightning the best of the 5 elements? It is supposed to be weak against wind.
But, wind users are rare. Also, lightning and wind have very similar capabilities. Look at

and compare it to Sasuke, or Bee with their own lightning chakra infused blades.

making it a capable mid/far range nature as well. Obviously wind is great for mid/far range as well.

only wind can cancel lightning out. and wind is very rare. so lightning would be ok most of the time

Raiton=lighting so a raiton user is a lightning user as for the best element......the elements are arranged in a rock paper scissors type fashion so none of them are superior over all its about the match up.

It must mean they're hungry. I guess lightning works up an appetite.

Not a nature type. thats an element type. there are 5 natures, and 7 elements. the 5 work as a pentagram, whereas those in the pentagram are superior, and inferior to the ones around them. Fire>Wind>Lightning>Earth>Water...
But, none of them counteract Yin/Yang, nor help it.
