At the Moment kabuto is no threat, No one needs to bother with him, Madara/tobi/juubi are far more important than a Defenseless man trapped in genjutsu.

They will deal with kabuto after they've got rid of the Juubi, They most likely thing he is already dead since edo tensei was ended.

The only one who knows about Kabuto's condition is Sasuke, and since he knows Kabuto is trapped in Izanami, he can't do anything so he isn't worried.

The Shinobi Alliance is busy with Madara and Obito, so they have no time to worry about Kabuto.

And Orochimaru doesn't have SM as his body can't handle it.

Why would Orochimaru kill Kabuto? If he wanted to kill him, he would have killed him i chapter 593.
