lol no they wouldnt. first of all, naruto and itachi/sasuke are in different classes of speed. minato is the benchmark of speed, and you're saying he's not fast? his shunshin is superior to pretty much everyone else's bar A and Naruto's, and his reactions are the best. that's why he's able to wield ftg so well.

Hand signs don't factor in to movement speed.

He faster than all those people you mentioned w/o FTG except Naruto.

lol youre right about naruto when he is cloaked, not sasuke though. andItachi is fast, really fast. But minato is another level.
