I think it is hard to say because of the similarities they share. Sasuke has a clear advantage in ninjutsu with his chidori variants and blaze release amaterasu. But at the end you know this comes down to a battle of susano'os and yata mirror+totsuka blade> blaze release.

Honestly the fact that sasuke can control ameterasu barely makes a difference since neither one of them is fast enough to dodge it anyway.
