It all depends what Itachi you're talking about, Healthy alive Itachi vs EMS Sasuke? If thats the case FROM WHAT WEVE SEEN SO FAR Itachi > Sasuke imo. I'm pretty sure when we see Sasuke's EMS to its full extent he'll have surpassed Itachi but until then, no. :itachi:

I think it is hard to say because of the similarities they share. Sasuke has a clear advantage in ninjutsu with his chidori variants and blaze release amaterasu. But at the end you know this comes down to a battle of susano'os and yata mirror+totsuka blade> blaze release.

You got izanami wrong. Izanami can work on anyone. The thing is anyone can escape it. But you can only escape it if you realize you are in it and accept the fate that is happening to you. It's actually perfect for sasuke I think. And finally if you don't count shisui eye as part of itachi power than u can count sasuke ems as part of his power since its actually itachi eyes.

Um no itachi eyes are with sasuke..shisui eye is gone forever..not anyone can get caught in izanami go reread.

Even with EMS sasuke is still below Itachi, Sasuke compared to ITachi feat wise is literally a fodder.
