smartest.fastest ,strongest and sexiest. . . . . . . .Minato is far much stronger than sasuke. . . . . . . .Point-1 he must be stronger than all sanins and 3rd that is why old man made him hokage and after his death he never founded any alternative and become hokage. . , . point-2 he fight both A and killer bee both without breaking a sweat by using hiarishin level 1 . . . . he doesnt have to spam rasengan? just constant teleport? susanoo is a major toll on sasuke's chakra, no doubt hell do crazy shit, but you can't expect him to maintain such a powerful form for so long, hes gonna have to save chakra and susanoo for when he needs it. Minato is also a tactician and wont just freely spam rasengan, but he can spam teleporting, we've seen him do that from time to time. and we dont know his full strenght, kishi never showed us his most powerful jutsu....
True in terms of pure power Sasuke is stronger. But I beleive in a all out battle Minato would have found a way to seal his sharingan since he is a sealing master. In battle he could probably seal Sasukes amaterasu quickly, just as Jiraiya did at the hotel when Itachi and Kisame escaped the frogs belly.
But also we have never seen Minato's full strength. For all we now he could of know sage mode.

this would be a really close fight I think!
I'm leaning towards Sasuke though because Sasuke handled himself fine against the Raikage who at the time was the fastest shinobi second to Minato. And on top of that Sasuke has a handful of techniques that could easily kill Minato while the only technique that Minato has would be his Reaper Death Seal and possibly his rasengan
I believe sasuke would win high difficulty nearly every time.

You do realize that Minato didn't become hokage just because of his rasengan, right? I mean, he was trying to add his nature to it but time did not allow that. He has much, much more than what was shown. And even if we assume he doesn't, which is a wrong assumption, he could take sasuke as he is now easily. Whoever said that close combat with susanoo user is suicide is an idiot. I seem to remember a close combat-only master who sent Madaras susanoo flying with a punch

Sasuke isn't going blind, he has transplanted his brothers eyes. the impairing effects and strains on his eyes from overuse wont take place any more

Minato defeated Obito singlehandedly, sealed the nine tails, and saved the entire village in one afternoon. you can't possibly believe this would be an EASY fight for Sasuke. And playing the devi's advocate a Sasuke fanboy such as yourself should take a closer look at Minato before making such a bold statement. clearly with your username, signature, profile pic, and username description your a Sasuke fan with very onesided views
