But ok you say Sasuke is the strongest because of EMS right, but he's new to the power and doesn't fully grasp all of it's power yet and all we've seen from it is he's fully mautured Sassuno. But I still think Itachi has the upper hand being the Uchiha Clan prized shinobi well until he killed them all xD But ITachi knew izangi a skill sasuke never even heard of so if he was to go fight itachi he would have lost right than lol because he wouldn't know how to counter a justu like that, but all to say power isnt everything you still need to have the knowledge of your clan to back it up in my opinion. But it takes a sharigan to read some of the information on the uchiha clans tablet and a rinnigan to deciver all of the information so we all just have to guess madara knows every single justu the uchiha clan posses but all i will say is that when have we ever seen itachi ever go into a battle fully determined to win? Nope, so I shall just say we will need to see itachi at work before we can actual determine who is better but since he's dead that might be kinda hard xD
