I know that they were in the same squad as hiruzen but we have never seen or heard of their ninjutsu ablities so the fact that they have never shown any inclining of ninjutsu or even basic chakra molding skills and the fact that they are merely a government body lead me to believe that they will not show nore will they use any type of technique...

Hiruzen & Danzo were both singled out as rivals, Hiruzen was strong enough to become Hokage, Danzo had an entire ANBU section under him. What do the other two have? Just acting as annoying advisers to Tsunade. Why the f*ck would they even randomly show up at this point in the war?
