Kushina has no role in this. Naruto is an independent person who will choose....Hinata. I think Sakura likes him as a friend, or if more, it's too late and you had your chance, so **** off. Anyways, Naruto is still not going to have time yet because of the war, but also Hinata intends to, after this war, be with Naruto...

Regarding Neji and Hinata, I read something about that in Japan cousins are allowed to marry or something like that. :shrug:

Could be, I don't know which grade of cousins they are, but it's possible that in Japan they are allowed to marry. Never really supported that particular pairing, but it's unavoidable I guess
