I have a prediction about how the war could end.
The allied shinobi forces are fighting an all-out war against Obito, Madara and the Juubi, but the allied shinobi forces are to weak against the Juubi, Madara and Obito. Kakashi will fight Obito, and Naruto shall help him. Kakashi is trying to explain Obito what happened on the day, that he killed Rin, and Naruto is helping Kakashi to convince Obito. They're all messed up and really tired, eventually Obito will listen to Kakashi and Naruto, and realizes that maybe there really is hope, and that Naruto really is the one who can save the world. Obito will turn himself against Madara and Madara will try to kill Obito. Obito will try to attack Madara with the Juubi, but it seems to be that Madara already gained the Juubi under his control with the Gedo Mazo. Eventually Madara almost kills Obito, Obito is lying on the ground, really messed up, coughing blood, he's almost dead. Then he'll call naruto and whisper something in his ear, Naruto's really surprised, then Obito will use his last bit of chakra to implant his eyes into Naruto, since Naruto is an Uzumaki, he's an descendant of the senju clan, so he will awaken the rinnegan. He manages to defeat the juubi with his rinnegan, and has the Juubi under his control, he will be the Juubi's junchuuri and beats the crap out of Madara.
