Izanami wasnt an ass pull, kishi knew how strong he made kabuto and simply knew how string he made itachi too, i do t think it was made up half way like some people otherwise he wouldnt of made kabuto that strong.

Yes simple. There are two users, izanagi and izanami. No user can be a user of both.
In the olden days however itachi said people were abusing izanagi and izanami hadnt been created. These users who abused izanagi in battle had senju cells.
SO to stop the abuse izanami was created. Among only the great uchihas who need not senju cells, sense their goal is to balance the izanagi users who abuse. Hence why only Uchiha is needed.

True it is a forbidden jutsu, who knows how itachi learned. But was still epic to see Itachi still had more things up his sleeve other than susanoo and the like. Madara knows the edo tensei seals? Who could of taught him that? Both madara and itachi know kinjutsu prob from their "big brother" roles. But it is interesting to see tobi was izanagi user while itachi was izanami user.

you should re-phrase the question to :

- do you think naruto could break the izanami?

to which i would reply yes but he'll be stuck in the loop for a while before escaping but nevertheless will be able to escape

In the past it was used on Uchihas to stop running from their mistakes..
