There's alot more then just Shonen jump

Well, i've recently (in the last 3 months)started to widen my manga/anime horizon. In that time i've discovered that there are alot of different mangas, animes, and overall styles. For the longest time i didn't even know what Shonen meant, i just always assumed it was a company, and not a category. And i've discovered that there are so many Manga out there. And my question to the few readers that come across my thread is...What is your favorite manga, anime, and category?

I'll second that. PS: The duo behind Death note are doing a manga called "Bakuman" I recommend it extremely much. Seriously, it's really good. it will give you a new appreciation for manga.
