If only we got to see Hanzo at his full potential. Too bad.

Possibly at the weakest point not that they were I just based that off their age.

I honestly don't know. I always thought it was at there prime. But that other comment with Abc logic is questioning my judgement...

i dont know about the manga but you can see deva path killing hanzo in the anime though..

True. My guess using Universail pull and stabbed him with demon rods. Deva Path likes those things.

Hanzo "lost himself" at some point before fighting the Paths and after fighting Mifune. Remember how Mifune was disappointed in him?

So, AFTER becoming less sure of himself as a person and a shinobi he was able to go toe to toe with a person whose ENTIRE LIFE is kenjutsu. He also resisted Edo Tensei through SHEER WILLPOWER. Hanzo in his prime, with full determination, is a fearsome prospect.

Remember, we have never seen him fight at his full potential. He wasn't allowed ninjutsu against Mifune, and still held his own. He probably would have won if he had determination...

yea he does that a lot but in the anime, like i said he just pushes Hanzao against a wall then finish him off with a shinra tensei, that's all. I'm not sure if it's cannon though..

Nice reply, Hanzo was disgruntled in that fight. Seeing how he lost his conviction. And he i trusted that to Mifune. And his loosen to be useless against him.

He gave Mifune the antidote and then left him. Mifune used that to make himself immune to the poisen. So it was more around Mifunes favor. And Hanzo's weapon was rusted. Saddly.

I'm pretty sure it is. I don't think pushing Hanzo in a wall would cause contraversial debates.

of course they were not (faaaaar from it), the idea was that hanzo lost himself and stopped improving, so if hanzo faced only one of the sannin lets say the jiraiya who faced pain, hanzo would loose. hanzo lost himself but damn this dude was bad ass, i mean he is actually the one who named them the three sannin :pwease: and died like a boss (in the anime) R.I.P

True to an extent. He was more focused on protecting himself. And he stop honing his skills. I doubt Hanzo would have lost to Jiriaya. Seeing how shock he was when pain or Pein beat him.

I honestly don't know of prime or not prime.

no bro they were far from their prime, they were still young but showed the potential to become legends (witch happened) thats why hanzo spared them because he thought it would have been a waste. but i assure you if he faced a healthy oro OR the jiraiya that faced pain, hanzo would loose in a 1on1 badly. also he got shocked because he didn't believe how strong pain was (plus hanzo stopped improving and didn't realize that he was being left behind)

you know i have always liked hanzo even with so little info about him, i mean wow .... what a shinobi feared by all and named the sannin (a true legend) and after i saw how he chose to die after being resurrected (edo) i even liked this character a lot more, he was a man of honor.
